Madden 23 - Redeemed Codes not giving points

I redeemed madden 23 codes for 12,000 points a total of 24000 points and i still have not received the points i made this redemption on the 16th and i am just getting thrown around by all of the comp...

    I'm really sorry, but we're not able to help with codes purchased from 3rd party retailers. You'll need to contact Target again to see if they can help with this.

@EA_Aljo I have had this issue I bought mines from GameStop and I have sent all the correct screenshots u guys ask for and now they want proof of purchase GameStop sent it to my pc email I just have a feeling that u guys going to tell me that’s not good either it’s not fair to us we spend so much money to play the game happy

As long as you provide the information the advisor is asking for, they should be able to help. Normally, issues with gift cards need to be handled by the retailer though.

    @EA_Aljo So basically one of the EA reps said that they are aware of this issue and that they don’t know exactly when this will be fixed but people that did purchase points thur a 3rd party company like bestbuy,target GameStop etc that they are try to all come together to fix the issue
