I know other posts exist on this very topic, but this needs to be escalated within EA. On Friday (8/19) I purchased MUT point cards from Best Buy (figured why not, new Madden, and I was using up my credit card rewards). I get home, enter in the 4 separate card codes, all of which were “redeemed” successfully. I then wait, and wait, and wait. Before I know it, it’s Sunday (8/20) and still no points. Huge bummer that I am missing out on pack deals. I called Xbox, I spoke with EA, I even spoke with Best Buy to see if this was a common problem. After some Twitter messages with EA Help, I am still in the same boat. I fulfilled EA’s proof of purchase requirement and I was still unable to be helped. All I do in Madden is play Ultimate Team…this is a huge turn off for me. Now I’m out all my credit card rewards and have nothing to show for it. There is a major need for a patch update and/or some sort of server reset on EA’s end…I hope at least 1 of the 2 would fix this.
