Madden 23 90 OVR CAMPUS HEROE SET NOT WORKING

Product: Madden NFL 23
Platform:PC
Which console generation do you have?
What is your gamertag/PSN ID?
Date/time issue occurred 4 PM around that hour
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug So i can't make any of the sets for the 90 OVR Campus Heroes and when i do it Ultimate Team crashes
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try to make the 90 ovr SBC for campus heroes
What happens when the bug occurs? It crashes and gets me to the main menue of the game
What do you expect to see? The Player after i submit everything

What is the AMD or Nvidia Model Number of your graphics card? 3070 TI
Enter RAM memory size in GB 32

So i complete the set, and maybe is because sometimes it buggs the players that you put in the set, for example sometimes i don't see some of them and they are not BND or anything but if i put them manually it works, so i don;t really understand why that happens

    Hey Everyone, 

    Wanted to jump in and thank everyone for letting us know what you are seeing. In order to get a better understanding of this issue would it be possible to get the following information from everyone still running into an issue completing the 90 OVR CAMPUS HEROE SET or any other set?

    Platform(Include which Generation): 

    PSN ID/ Gamer Tag/ PC Persona:

    Date/time issue occurred:

    Which set are you currently trying to complete?

    Are you getting an Error message (please provide), Seeing a Crash, or are unable to submit?

    What is the list of players you are trying to use? (If possible provide name, position, and if they are BND) 

    Do you have Duplicates of any of the players you're trying to use for the set?

    Are you trying to auto-complete the set, or have you tried manually entering players?

    Also, If possible provide and Screenshot or Video clip (YT links work as well) of entering and submitting players for the set.

    I did want to call out we have had a few workarounds suggested here, or to try unfavoriting items and creating a new lineup from scratch to see if you can get past any current issues.

    I have the same problem I have made sure I have enough players at each position but still doesn’t work. no matter what order I put them in the set the last player never goes in and I get the error

    Madden 23 sets not working on pc for Montgomry, D. Johnson, Crabtree, Justin jefferson. Every time I try to complete the set i get an error message!

    Platform(Include which Generation): Origin current gen

    PSN ID or Gamer Tag: Banki54
    Type of Network being used: WiFi 5GHz

    Date/time issue occurred: It happens literally daily

    What were you doing when it happened? Attempting to complete a set or now trying to play a TOTW solo challenge

    What was the last action you completed before it happened? I attempted to complete the headliners Jevon Holland set and hit redeem

    How often does the bug occur? Every time I attempt to complete a set or try to load the first solo challenge in the TOTW challenges

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load up the game. Put the players into the set for Jevon Holland or Michael Crabtree or any of the champion sets and when you hit redeem it will kick you out of MUT and put you at the main menu

    Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have: Screenshots attached

    On pc MUT trying to redeem 89 landry brings up "Our servers Cannot process your request" tried restarting and all that been trying to redeem it for 5 days this is getting ridiculous

    This does not solve my issue. my binder is full of the positions I am putting into the set. The set is just not working. I would appreciate it if your team would look into this again as the solution provided does not resolve the issue at hand

    So frustrating how you grind to get cards and spend all the UT coins just for the set to have an error
