Madden 23 ea issues

I cannot sign in my ea account in madden 23. It’s the only game I have this problem with. Apparently it’s common. Please fix.

I can play franchise and play now

Mine will load but when I select franchise it freezes and won't let me play I'm 3 games in don't wanna start over. How can this be fixed
