Madden 23 Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

Whenever I log into mut23 it shows me I have to do the joe burrow challenges so i did the first one but now im getting an error message when i try the second one saying : “Our servers cannot process ...

Thanks for trying that. Next, I'd like you to rebuild your database with the instructions here. Also, restore your licenses with these steps.
