Madden 23 Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

Whenever I log into mut23 it shows me I have to do the joe burrow challenges so i did the first one but now im getting an error message when i try the second one saying : “Our servers cannot process ...

I have not been receiving it over a week. I also don't see the ability to claim the rewards maybe due to the new event. Am i going to miss out on my rewards?

    Yes, a few times a day, and now lately it’s saying that I am not signed in EA takes 2-5 minutes for me to even start a game
