Madden 23 Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

Whenever I log into mut23 it shows me I have to do the joe burrow challenges so i did the first one but now im getting an error message when i try the second one saying : “Our servers cannot process ...

EA dudes-   My son had this issue.  I was able to correct it by going to visuals tab.  He didn’t have a stadium set. Might be a great idea to have a default stadium or any other visuals that could cause this error.  He’s been down for a week.

    Same thing is happening to me and has been for a month I cannot play most of the challenges.
