Whenever I log into mut23 it shows me I have to do the joe burrow challenges so i did the first one but now im getting an error message when i try the second one saying : “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later”

Almost all challenges I click on give the “our servers are unable to process this request”
I’ve tried just about everything, stopped all other games in quick resume, changed DNS settings, un-installed and re-installed, restarted the console.
It happens specifically on the TOTW challenges starting in Week 5, the Team Diamonds, a few of the Hispanic Heritage, and the Most Feared.
All I want to do is play challenges but it won’t let me, game is unplayable.
update: I logged into another account and downloaded madden and played mut on that separate account, and it works fine. therefore, the issue is account based and only on my account. EA PLEASE FIX MY ACCOUNT I DID NOTHING WRONG I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO PLAY 1 MUT GAME AND I BOUGHT THE DELUXE EDITION OF YOUR GAME SO I CAN HAVE MADDEN POINTS FOR MUT!!!!
My madden 23 ultimate team is not working. Every time I try to play challenges I get the following message. “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” Strangely it lets me play the Hispanic heritage challenges as well as the dreams of dread challenges, but that’s it. Every other challenge gives me this message. I’ve tried restarting the game, restarting my PS5, deleting and reinstalling the game, creating a new ultimate team lineup, and even downloading the PS4 version of the game but nothing has worked. I’m getting frustrated as I spent $100 to get the game and am not able to play.

I was making changes to my lineup and exploring the shop and auction house and then went to play a challenge and it happened.
This bug happens every time except when playing the two modes mentioned above.
Whenever I try to open my BND 90 ovr most feared player fantasy pack I get error cannot process your request at this time. I received this pack from the field of fear event. I am on pc.
When I redeem the Tyreek Hill most feared set, I get an "our servers cannot process this request at this time. Please try again later." error. I've updated the game and everything and still get this error repeatedly. It will show me a greyed-out Tyreek card when I go into mut, but when I check my binder, it is not there.
I cannot play Mut games solo battles or challenges on ps4. I’ve had this game for 2 weeks now. And need answers to y I’m not able to play

What were you doing when it happened? I was just doing solo challenges and moving onto the next ones. (finished legends and moving onto team diamonds and AKA)
What was the last action you completed before it happened? Exited a solo challenge from Legends.
How often does the bug occur? This happens every time I try to do any solo challenge that I have NOT completed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Well for me every time I open madden 23 I go to MUT and go to solo challenges and try to load any of the ones I haven't completed once I do that for example go to team diamonds click on the first one then press play solo it loads to a purple screen then says "Our servers cannot process your request at this time..."
I HAVE TRIED ALL OF THESE STEPS BELOW ALREADY:
Attempt to play a Solo Challenge game before making any adjustments to your lineup.
Did not work? Try removing/swapping out your Team Visuals and Strategy Items and play again.
Nothing has worked for me also I have tried seeing if any other accounts are linked with this xbox ID and its only one which is (shinytweaker)
I have also tried outside help besides EA and nothing has worked I would appreciate if you could get back to me as soon as possible i cant do anything in the game to progress.
