Completing a set
Any time I complete a set or load into a MUT game
Load up MUT and load into a challenge or complete a set
- @ShinyTweaker I had this Madden 3 days before it’s release to everyone. Day one this game has not worked right. EA claim they give you all the packs and rewards that you have won and earned. What about all the packs and rewards we could have earned with the game being down all it has. Madden is a seasonal game and if the game is down for 1-2 months that’s a lot of items that gamers could have earned that they didn’t because your game doesn’t work. I have lost weeks of solo battles, I rarely lose in solo battles, I missed out on all the rewards and packs when it was down. Yesterday I played 3 of my solo battles, after the 3rd just continued to the forth and the game froze. Waited 10 minutes no change in my blank screen. Hit the back button and took me back to solo battles but only the ratings screen. My opponent screen was gone and my last opponent was no longer available.
Restarted the system and got the same screen. Called EA, they once again wanted me to restart the system (like I wouldn’t have done that before calling them). I got the same screen. So they say the same thing as always. We are aware of issues and we are working on them. Your frustration is understandable. Just be patient and we will get it back working asap. No only that but other aspects of the game are working okay those until we get solo battles back up. REALLY!!!!!!! Just trying to pacify me to get me off the phone. Well I’m not a kid. I paid $100 for a game that has been trash since day one. There has not been 1 complete week that this game has worked for me. That is not a exaggeration. All the restarting and rebooting are not going to work. It’s all on EA’s end. I have done all that for weeks and none of it ever worked. Just be patient and keep losing possible rewards and packs and items that you could have won if the game worked. Don’t worry EA will not possibly think about giving their dedicated gamers any thing for their wasted time and troubles and frustration. They will give what you earned supposedly. Since EA can not seem to get back to anyone and this causing more and more players issues I dug into every angle I could find. It took me a few minutes to realize that the problem was with the Generate Best Lineup feature. When I do that it Madden placed my Ted Hendricks into 2 different positions which basically made my lineup invalid. After I removed the card manually and substituted a different card in I was good to go. Not sure if that will be the case for anyone else but it did fix my issues. Disappointed in Madden this year. i have been screwed out of rewards, daily challenges not counting, pack issues, etc. Sad to see the state of the game this year.
I am now on day 2 of the "Our servers cannot process your request" error message, thus making ultimate team challenges unplayable. Per a previous post here is the info

I played my first solo game for Sunday, and after that win, the other games have disappeared, it just shows the leaderboard and my level/rewards. I need two CP points to unlock Hooker and due to this glitch, will.Not.be able to get it.

Too many issues with this game since the release. Solo battles stopping out of nowhere. MUT counting wins as losses and starting your streak over and field of fear is doing the same thing. What about all the packs, coins, xp, cp and field fear xp I would have if this game actually worked. This game has been out a little over 2 months and it has worked barely half the time. Madden22 I was 3 times as far as I am now in 2 months. 2k23 came out about 2 weeks later and I have not had1 issue yet. Maybe EA should consider letting 2k sports take over Madden. EA has lost a huge long time fan. I basically lost $100 on this game. This game has caused more frustration than fun to me. After a long day of work I should relax playing PlayStation but I am constantly disappointed because it never works.

Nuge100 figured out this is caused if a player is upgraded at any point, it can never go in a set. Thus players bought on the auction house may be useless, cause you can remove the upgrades and sell it, it will not go into sets.
I have told ea about this, they do not care. Just say glad you got it working ( this was by trying different cards - increasing the cost of sets ), they didn't seem to care what was causing it or that it has been an issue since release.

I was trying to login to MUT and got a message saying our servers cannot process your request at this time.
The last thing I did was login, get the error, restart my Xbox then get the error again.
This bug occurs every time you try to enter MUT
