Whenever I log into mut23 it shows me I have to do the joe burrow challenges so i did the first one but now im getting an error message when i try the second one saying : “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later”
@EA_Illium I neeed help every time I try to play something on mut it says “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” It has been happening for 3 days and I have tried everything please help.
Were you able to figure this issue out? If so please share. I got my son the game for Christmas and I’m getting this error. I’ve done every troubleshoot including reinstalling the game. Desperately need help!
I tried contacting EA. They know this is an issue and are trying to get it resolved as soon as possible. They didn't give me an answer on how long it would take. ever since yesterday, it hasn't let me into UT.
HAVING SAME PROBLEM. Opened my presents at 10am (the ones that i had that weren’t missing) and then i turned off my xbox came back and i still havent been able to connect to ultimate team since yesterday at 10am. Im on Series S
