Madden 23 Franchise Deep Dive

Are we going to get more clarification on what triggers in season development trait games/scenarios as well as the end of season development upgrades? I have seen unconfirmed “algorithm’s” and rumors but it would be nice for a verified EA source to provide guidance on this. I like to play Franchise with a few buddies where we fantasy draft and we prioritize drafting and development of young players. We focus on youth and try to get most if not all of our players, outside of OL for obvious reasons, to superstar and X factor development. But for specific positions like TE or most defensive positions it seems like a lot of time can be wasted trying to upgrade their development in season with no “breakout” games or scenarios earned and then nothing awarded at the end of season.
