I'm assuming that you guys didn't listen to player feedback, regarding relocation teams...right?
EA: "Look everyone, we are giving you some "immersion" but zero creativity and you still only get to choose between the crappy relocation team names, that someone with no imagination came up with. Oh...and you still only get to choose between the same 3 crappy uniform options, because..."immersion." Enjoy!"
