Madden 23 Franchise Mode - Our Servers Cannot Process Your Request

I only have the ps4 version because a lot of my friends i play with don’t have a PS5……Sense i know EA has “a lot” going on I’ve been trying to resolve this myself. I’ve unlinked an extra account attached to my ea profile by calling your hotlines. They told me the work around was use a hot spot or change DNS. I’ve done both, neither work. However i found a new error. I can load into madden and even ultimate team but whenever i start up a offline challenge (solo challenge) i get the original error “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Whenever i try to do a squads game or H2H i get a different error “CONNECTION LOST you have lost connection to ea servers. I’ve already opened to bundles costing well over 100+ so “making another account” is not possible without a full refund.

last action: me and my buddy won a squads game

how often: Every single time i start any challenge or h2h

how to fine the bug: it must be account based

This is ridiculous. All the packs I PAID to get DAYS ago and i can’t even access my account, the players are just slowly going down in value. I’m giving EA till Friday till i call my bank and dispute the charges and the game itself as I will be leaving the madden series forever as many people are this year. This game is a scam, and I’m using this forums post as proof. The only thing I’ve heard from EA is why don’t i try the ps5 version. WHAT A JOKE.

Do better EA don’t release the game if your literally ripping off your customers. & Don’t even let me mention how buggy your game is when it actually does work LOL

My friends and I are using the PS5 version and its giving us the same error message. Can yall fix the servers? We want to play our franchise. Its been 2 days that we have been getting this message.
