@EA_Kent Hi - since you do not have a timeframe for when the game will be functioning, what information will you need to issue me a refund? I paid for a product with the promise it was "most polished" but I can't play the game without it reverting and thus wasting my time/effort.

@EA_Kent - just following up here after the awesome update. We're now 3 months after the release of the "most polished" madden where the game is still far from ready and still the "most broken" madden to date. There is zero timeline for game breaking issues to be fixed as noted in the title notes, just that it's finally being worked on and we're supposed to trust/wait for an update. This game has had issues with the new player tags not working, draft reverts, 31/32 online league issues, new players literally disappearing from leagues at 24/25, corrupted file, disconnects, and many, MANY more issues.
We as a community were lied to when sold a game that was supposed to be playable and most polished, instead leaving us paying full-price for the game early thinking it'd work and not front EA money to game breaking critical parts of the game more than 3 months after release.
Please let me know the official steps I need to take or what needs to be submitted for EA to do the honorable thing and issue us a full-refund.
