Madden 23 on Xbox Series X
1/2 way through first season, franchise won't load now. I get an error box with "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the Main Menu"
I checked and the EA Madden server had maintenance today (Dec 13) but the EA site says the server is working now. It's been this way for hours this AM.
It's been like that since 3:30am Pacific Time this morning. Thousands are reporting the same errors, and it happened right before the update started loading too.

I completed the Superbowl on my Face of franchise QB in my 6th season and it errored out at the end of the game and now every single time I try to load my QB it gives me an error that servers can't process request and loops me back to the menu every single time for the last hour. Closed app and restarted nothing worked still gives error every time
Our servers are unable to process your request when trying to load Franchise Mode.

Almost every update they crash the Franchise Mode experience. It's unbelivable.
Mine actually went down before the update.
