Madden 23 Freezes at Startup (XBox Series X)

Question

Good afternoon,Xbox Series X, Madden 23 will start to launch, go through the loading screen, flash a warning that I'm not longer logged in to the server, then the game will freeze with the bar 3/4 loaded and the dialogue stating "Play like Mad."&nbsp; The music and background video continue to play but you cannot access any menus and have to force quit the game.&nbsp;I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting game files, changing my password, rebooting console, nothing works.&nbsp; Just bought this game on the Microsoft Store and really disappointed I can't play it.&nbsp; Help needed!&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hoping an update comes soon that fixes this.&nbsp; Honestly can't remember a game in the last 10 years I've bought for a console that literally wont work.&nbsp;&nbsp;

I had tried all those steps but the DNS manual change, removing my gamer tag and setting back up, and checking NAT Type.&nbsp; Followed all those steps I hadn't done before, and the game is still freezing at "Play Like Mad."&nbsp; Right before that it tells me my login credentials are expired and to scan the QR code, which I do, get recovery email, set a new password, and nothing changes or improves, and next time I get that same warning.&nbsp; The game freezing up must have to do with my account or something that I cannot fix.&nbsp; Still need help.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hey&nbsp;@LateNate23&nbsp;When you have a moment can you check the following out?

Close other running games&nbsp;or apps, (for Series X|S also close others running in quick resume)&nbsp;
Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
Check for&nbsp;updates&nbsp;
Try the steps in our Connection&nbsp;and&nbsp;Advance Connection&nbsp;Guides&nbsp;
Open you're Xbox NAT Type
Change&nbsp;DNS&nbsp;settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)&nbsp;&nbsp;
Remove then Readd&nbsp;Gamer Tag to console&nbsp;
Persistent Storage&nbsp;

Go to&nbsp;settings&nbsp;&gt; Select&nbsp;Device &amp; Connections&nbsp;&gt; Then&nbsp;Blue-Ray&nbsp;
Select&nbsp;Persistent Storage&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;Clear Persistent Storage&nbsp;

Alternate Mac:&nbsp;

Go to&nbsp;settings&nbsp;&gt; Select&nbsp;General &nbsp;&gt; Then&nbsp;Network settings&nbsp;
Go to&nbsp;advanced settings&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;Alternate Mac address&nbsp;&gt; Select&nbsp;clear&nbsp;
Select&nbsp;restart&nbsp;
