From Christmas to this day I have been unable to access my Madden 23 account so I was wondering if others have this issue and if any EA workers can help me my PSN username is reconrover

I am still unable to go into Madden Ultimate Team can some please walk me through what they did to access the game today

Are you on PS4 or PS5? Could you also let me know where exactly in MUT you're receiving this error- is it as soon as you try to enter MUT, or are you able to get in, but see this error when you try to load into a game or challenge?

i have the exact same problem to idk wtd i just assembled a whole new team but havent been able to use it.
Im on PS5 and I'm having the same exact issue
- and I've been in contact with eahelp and I haven't received a workaround or any timetable for a fix
