The “get better” stance would make sense if the CPU QB wasn’t also throwing a ton of INTs. I had 3 pick 6’s in one half in my last game, just turned it off after that and haven’t had any interest in playing the game since. So, based on that theory, I’m simultaneously not good enough AND way too good. Not sure what this will do to the space-time continuum.
Lies. You ain't never played then. Defender will miraculously jump 10ft to intercept the ball. It's beyond ridiculous. I'm 5 yards ahead throwing to the outside, yet the Defender closes in milliseconds and jumps past my WR to get it. Absolute trash. Fix this nonsense +
Totally agree. CBs are breaking on the routes way to easy. Imo it’s even worse with zero cover blitzing and when the momentum is heavily favored in one direction. I’ve played with multiple teams and only Aaron rodgers can “place” the ball from corners getting the INT ( I somehow feel that’s built in the code of the game. Can’t tell you Hale many times defenses look totally stupid when playing against the packers).

11 years of madden failure. I totaly gave up last year. This year I just come here to read what they did to improve or is it the same.
I don't trust EA marketing and neither the critics. They always spice things up and when your on it its totaly different idea.
It's like those fast food hamburger commercials. Everything looks juicy and big when you get it looks horrible and tastes plain.
EA departments all over the sport titles have major imptovment to make. Games are heavily marketing focused rather gameplay.
EA game ratings over the pass years has gone down so much. Patches work but honestly that's not even acceptable. Were playing almost the same game every year and still bugs and glitches remain. We work hard for our money EA. Respect the consumers and give them what they want. If you reallllly believe in "Fair Play"!!
And I say this as someone who started playing EA titles since 1993 to this date.
It's honestly ridiculous. I'll be the first to admit I'm not a very good decision maker when it comes to passing, and lean very hard on a good run game. But I've been playing on all-madden difficulty for as long as I can remember and have never had an issue of throwing 6 picks in a game. Even took it a step further and lowered the difficulty to pro, CPU interceptions, pass coverage, and pass defense reaction down to zero, and user Qb accuracy to 80 as an experiment and im still throwing numerous picks a game. It's absurd. CPU corners run routes better than my relievers and come down with every contested throw, regardless of how good my receiver is.
Please try this, make the slider # higher !!
I think EA inverted those !
0/100 = Interception party !
50/100 = offense BETTER at avoiding INT
I might have found the solution !!!
Make the slider HIGHER!
0/100 = INTERCEPTION PARTY.
50/100 = offense BETTER at avoiding INT
Same thing for fumbles... 0/100 was a fumble fest when I tried it... That's what "told me" it might be the same thing for INTs !

I’ve purchased every Madden since it was released on consoles but that streak ends with this year. - Intuitive-tumult3 years agoSeasoned Veteran
The skill based passing is good but it needs improvements. I can't direct my receivers or QB to throw and catch properly.
