There are too many interceptions! Almost all somewhat covered routes are caught by the CB's. This will be adjusted again?
Even very good and experienced players on youtube throw one interception after the other....

Screw the “get better” crowd. The game has sliders that are supposed to work so I don’t have to get better to play a remotely realistic game if football. Why don’t they say EA should get better at having working sliders?

I’m sure you’ve seen this extensive thread already since you’re replying in it but I figure I’ll reply to you directly in hopes of some sort of response to the issue here.
Interceptions in the game are way too common, if I throw a contested pass over 10 yards it’s about a 60/40 chance it gets picked off regardless of receiver or cornerback ratings.
I even went as far as maxing out a created QB with all 99 passing stats and he’s throwing minimum 2 picks per game in simulation, typically 3-5 against any somewhat good defense. This is on a PS5 console. I’ve started to adjust to it when controlling my team but even then, throwing 5 yard dink and dunk passes all game and never being able to throw for over 300 yards in a game with Tom Brady, Mike Evans, Chris Godwin and Julio Jones on a team is getting boring quick.
There are also a lot of convenient holding penalties or fumbles when you finally do get a big play to go through.
I’ve gotten to the point where I just divide the season total interceptions by 1/4 to give a more realistic stat line lol. Please fix this so the game can be more enjoyable, I really want to be able to enjoy the new rosters and graphics updates from 22.

Bro you are behaving like a clown, the mental gymnastics you will go through to defend this terrible game and company is laughable. This isn't an issue of "get gud", only someone with the thinking capacity of an 8 year old would say that after reading other users complaints.
There's an absurd number of interceptions in this game and the sliders don't work - I have been playing Madden since the 90s and it's sad to see how far the series has fallen. EA purchasing the NFL license to make sure there's no competition in the marketplace was the beginning of the end, they have literally no reason to improve the game because fools like you will buy/defend it year after year.
Do us all a favor and logout if you're going to keep posting nonsense.

I have given up on it and gone back to Madden 22. It has a ton of flaws but was still fun to play. In Madden 23 The ball trajectory mechanics are broken and the psychic defenders who never drop a ball ruin the immersion. If a defender is within two yards of a pass they cut the route, even if facing the wrong direction, and snag the ball. I have truly given up on madden. The promises from two years ago were lies as always. Until there is competition for madden I am done and will spend my limited free time doing something else.
+1. There’s clearly a problem. Been playing Madden longer than most of the aces-of-the-base have been alive. A casual+ player. *Never* seen anything like this. I haven’t suddenly gotten sh*tty at the game.

So this thread has been going on for a month, and not a single Dev has responded directly to the issue. No one has even acknowledged the issue, and there is no sign of a resolution to this issue in sight.
I would ask again, respectfully, that someone associated with the Madden team to opine on this issue that has been laid out before you extensively, in detail.
What are your plans for resolving this issue?
When can we expect those plans to take effect?
