Madden 23 Not Connecting to EA Server

We cant either we play on both ps4 and ps5 neither one works on our regular internet. We have to use our hot spots on our cell phones to be able to access ulitmate team. this is ridiculous spend hundreds of dollars on the damn game to play early and to get the pre order content and cant even play the game without going through hoops to login. Either fix it or refund us all our money this is crazy can play madden 22 no prblem but cant play the new madden 23 digital edition
