Madden 23 on Xbox One Failing to Startup At All

Summarize your bug NOT 'Play Now' mode bug...I just couldn't find a relevant option for On Startup. Ever since the new screen (Deion Sanders promo) starts up the game, as the game begins to launch, it gets stuck in the "Play Like Mad" startup sequence. This is BEFORE the game is full loaded and gets to the menus. This used to work perfectly. I had been playing for a while previous to this issue.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start the game on Xbox One.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game does not load to the standard menus. Stuck in the startup sequence (where Madden videos flash around and the progress bar says things like "Play like Mad".
What do you expect to see? I expect to get through startup to play the game like before.

Just to be clear - I have:
Cleared the cache.
Cleared any games saved.
Uninstalled completely.

Reinstalled.

Tried this about 15 total times with the same result.

Previously (10/12 and before) I have played it multiple times a day without issue.
