The "here" link you posted is a post from Blueberry who last posted on the 7th stating "stay tuned for more to come" Well we've been tuning in for 2 weeks now, theres been no "more to come" how exactly is that a "solution". The fact that this thread was marked as "Solved" is hilarious.

For what its worth I just looked at my open cases and saw they had closed my ticket. I opened a chat session asking why they would close it without some sort of resolution. I never got an adequate answer on that. However, the tech granted me my pack and had it within about 10 min.
Happy but not happy....

Just tried the ticket option a 2nd time, got the same copy and paste answer of "we are aware" "working diligently" "just a little more patience". I said no, made him aware that this was a word for word script based response I received a week ago and that I was aware more than a few people had the issue corrected individually via tickets. I asked for a manager/supervisor, he refused and ended the session. What planet am I on???
