Can you confirm for me the Gamertag/PSN ID and platform you pre-ordered the game on?
Have you tried power cycling the console and then tried to login to the game to see if reconnecting to the servers will push the reward through?
- 4 years agoI’m fed up with this customer service I sat on the phone for 2 hours and all I got was a ticket please can someone do something and get us these packs before I go crazy.

I've opened 2 tickets, gone through chat multiple times, tried EA help via Twitter... twice, and well, here. Each time, i've received nothing but outsourced "overseas" customer reps that do nothing but butcher every attempt at baseline communication skills, it's embarrassing at this point. They do nothing but talk in circles and literally get their responses from a script as the sentences are identical each time. I mean, I can fall down the stairs multiple times, but i'm not going to hit my head on the 6th step every time. Come on boys, if you are going to suck at least provide some variety, shows effort.
Honestly though, I have NEVER encountered a company or business that when requesting to speak to a supervisor, I was told no and that the the customer service rep was ending the session. I don't understand how they can get away with practices like that. And Shivam, if you're out there, no, I did not have a great rest of my day.

It’s like all of the reps are supposed to say the same thing and they absolutely will not let you speak to a supervisor. It’s crazy we have to do all of this just to get something we payed for.
