I provided all of the requested information to Sunita in live support and they still refused to issue the preorder pack. Sunita claimed my proof of screenshots didn't match when they 100% did. I asked what didn't match and Sunita refused to tell me and closed the support chat. I have the full transcript to share. How can ea support me on this and issue the pack?

Thank you for addressing this. While it could have been more timely, I can now report, pack received.
For those still having issues with proof of purchase procedures, customer service/chat agents are very particular regarding your screen shots and do not provide much in guidance besides sending you links to “how to” posts. Took me a good bit of trial and error before giving what was needed. Didn’t help that I was out of town doing most of this from my phone, but finally did it.

Took a picture of my purchase history. Key part I was missing was you need to click the icon I. The upper right which then displays a tiny window with your email and gamer tag. Once I took that pic and uploaded to my case, I was done.
