First, thank you for pre-ordering and we'll make sure you receive your bonus Player Pack for Madden NFL 22.
Can you confirm for me the Gamertag/PSN ID and platform you pre-ordered the game on?
Have you tried power cycling the console and then tried to login to the game to see if reconnecting to the servers will push the reward through?
I have not received my pre order pack either my gamer tag is Mad drip7754 on Xbox one
