Madden 23 server issue: cannot access Face of the Franchise mode

I too have been unable to shake this issue. I read on a non-EA forum to re-install the game and use a new save file. I’ve done so to no avail. I’ve not found anyone yet in the PAL region to test if it’s a NTSC or PAL issue, additionally.
