Madden 23 server issue: cannot access Face of the Franchise mode

I am experiencing a recurring connection issue when trying to access Face of the Franchise on Madden NFL 23. Every time I attempt to load the mode, I receive the following error message: “Our Server...

Sorry to say that es sports are not going to fix the error code for Madden 23 you can restart the game reset the game, restart the face of the franchise mode but you still receive the same message code. Ea sports don't even own the clouds we are using for the game. I think that is the problem it's something going on with ea sports server and Amazon who owns the cloud they are using that allows us to connect to the ea server.
