Madden 23 server issue: cannot access Face of the Franchise mode

I have been getting the same error mode for weeks.  I deleted the file thinking it will allow me to start over.....And of course it didn't!  What are you doing about this EA SPORTS?????  Apparently, this problem IS IN THE GAME!!!  Give all of your loyal customers a remedy!  We're faithful purchasers.  Don't ignore us!  Help us!
