Madden 23 server issue: cannot access Face of the Franchise mode

I am experiencing a recurring connection issue when trying to access Face of the Franchise on Madden NFL 23. Every time I attempt to load the mode, I receive the following error message: “Our Server...

Same issue here as of 11-13-25. Just started playing about a week ago and franchise hasn't worked.

Online franchise gives this error, face of the franchise career mode gives this error, but face of the franchise playing in the yard and offline franchise seems to work. And under play now, if I try to play the super bowl it sits on a constant loading screen, I push X and it takes me to the main menu, and I feel like this issue is causing that too.
