Madden 23 server issue: cannot access Face of the Franchise mode

It’s been over a month now and this issue is still happening with zero response from EA.
Can we please get an official update? Is Face of the Franchise for Madden 23 still supported or not? And other online modes that were affected as well?
I understand that server issues can take time, but more than 30 days without any acknowledgment or transparency from EA is unacceptable given the number of people affected.
