EA_Vendcera Is there anything that you can do to help us out here? Like pass this on to the developers or someone who can help us out with fixing the game? I have two achievements left in the Xbox One version of the game, Gain Train (Reach max level with your Avatar in the RB Position) and Pocket Ace (Reach max level with your Avatar in the QB Position) and I can't get these two achievements until the Face of the Franchise mode is fixed. Since every time we try to access the Face of the Franchise mode we get this error, it would be beneficial if we could hear back from someone about anything being done to fix this game, especially since the servers are supposed to be working.
