I have been going back and forth with EA Help on my case number. I have executed on all of the trouble shooting steps that Rahul at EA advised that I try. This is not a general online connectivity issue or account issue. Elison at EA (K-Pungdi) acknowledged that it is not an isolated issue (see below). None of us can access Franchise modes. There has been no franchise activity since 10/23, 10/24 for all players that I’m aware of. How do we gain access to our leagues again?!

We want to get this fixed as swiftly as possible. I humbly request you to wait while the Studio Game team is actively prioritizing this issue. |
