It’s been several weeks now and we still have no official update from EA, and the error remains exactly the same. Many players in this thread are still unable to access Face of the Franchise in Madden 23, and it would really help to know if this mode is still being supported.
Could we please get a status update on this issue?
We’ve reported it, waited, and followed every step we could — now we really need some clarification from the EA team.
We don’t want to give up on the game, but communication from EA is crucial at this point.
