Same here, i was able to ascess an online franchise, and i think head 2 head works too.

But it looks like play now live is still not working atm, i hope they fix it too.

    Official online roster franchises are not working. Please fix it, because play now Live is tied to the Online roster.

    Play Now Live is still not working

    However, custom roster franchise works now.
