Thanks for all the info you've shared with us in this thread. It's been helpful as we've been looking into the cause of this issue.
We are still investigating the cause of this, but we have made some changes that should help with playing certain game modes. Unfortunately, modes that rely on Real Life Rosters, such as Play Now Live, may still not work properly. This would also include starting a new Franchise league with Real Life Rosters.
In the meantime, you should be able to access modes that don't rely on Real Life Rosters.

EA_Kent thanks for the update. Hopefully you and your team can come up with a solution for the play now live before the server closes. We will patiently wait and pray for a fix.
let's hope they do fix Play Now Live and that this doesn't end up being an empty promise.
