Madden 23 server issue: cannot access Face of the Franchise mode

I am experiencing a recurring connection issue when trying to access Face of the Franchise on Madden NFL 23. Every time I attempt to load the mode, I receive the following error message: “Our Server...

EA_Kent​ thanks for the update.  Hopefully you and your team can come up with a solution for the play now live before the server closes.  We will patiently wait and pray for a fix.

let's hope they do fix Play Now Live and that this doesn't end up being an empty promise.
