Thanks for all the info you've shared with us in this thread. It's been helpful as we've been looking into the cause of this issue.
We are still investigating the cause of this, but we have made some changes that should help with playing certain game modes. Unfortunately, modes that rely on Real Life Rosters, such as Play Now Live, may still not work properly. This would also include starting a new Franchise league with Real Life Rosters.
In the meantime, you should be able to access modes that don't rely on Real Life Rosters.

So im assuming by this being marked as solved for the live roster issue even tho the issue isnt fixed, that its not actually being worked on and wont be fixed before server closure? EA_Kent
i don't think it's gonna be fixed right away simply by announcing that they are investigating it, but if they really aren't working on it even after multiple days have passed, i say we start nagging them again.
