Madden 23 server issue: cannot access Face of the Franchise mode

I am experiencing a recurring connection issue when trying to access Face of the Franchise on Madden NFL 23. Every time I attempt to load the mode, I receive the following error message: “Our Server...

I check this everyday in hopes for an update.  I would hate to spend all this time working on these face of the franchise achievements and not be able to fully complete the game due to a silly live roster game mode. EA_Kent​ could you make the achievement pop for simply opening up the play now offline mode?

    This would be an OPTIMAL FIX!

    Please try to make it so that Xbox achievement / Playstation Trophy unlocks upon launching the game!
