Anyone else get stuck at the home screen on the "play like mad"? This is super frustrating. Ive uninstalled the game twice, gave my xbox series x a hard restart and it is still doing this. Help please EA.

It happens during the loading screen during game startup after i exit this page because it wont let me update my EA account. Still haven't found a solution for this and the game is unplayable...

@EA_Illium Seeing if there is a solution just bought game and downloaded it and stuck on the play like mad loading screen

yes i dont have access to the @outlook account my Xbox gamertag is affiliated with. If i can have @gmail account be the main EA account, that would be great. Any type of solution. The game has been unplayable for a week. I have submitted a ticket for a refund thru xbox. Just waiting on there response.

I get past the entering email into the ea screen go to next screen and loading bar stops 3/4 way through almost at the end of the words on the screen ay like mad. No choice to enter any kind of game mode. I've uninstalled and installed it hard reset and nothing works
