Madden 23: The Extra Yard - The Level Up Challenge

I participated in a challenge that EA partnered with Nike on through the Nike Run Club app where you had to run a certain amount of miles and when done you'd receive an in-game reward and access to a pair of Nike Shoes.

I'm not a gamer, but I wanted the shoes so I participated and met the criteria of the challenge.  The challenge ended on 10/10, but I've still not received any updates or information on how to obtain my reward.  I spoke with a chat support person yesterday who told me they were working on the issue but there was no estimate as to when a resolution may occur, nor did they know how people would be notified when it did occur.

So, I tried to chat again today and this person told me to post here and there were in-game support people who would help me.  I tried to tell them this was not a game issue, they wouldn't listen.  Beware if you get Garima for a support person, they will NOT help you at all nor will they even listen or pay attention to what you are saying to even begin to know how to help, they will just direct you to try and figure it out yourself through a forum or something.

I'm just trying to figure out when I can actually redeem my reward for completing the challenge and get access to my shoes.
