Madden 23 Ultimate Team - “Severs cannot process request”

Platform:Xbox Series S

Date/time issue occurred 3/25/23
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Solo Challenges
Summarize your bug Every time I go onto solo challenges for Ultimate Team, after I click “Play Solo” I get greeted to an error message stating “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” I’ve looked at previous post on the forms and restarted my game, Xbox, wifi, changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and everything else suggested. However, the message is still appear every time I try to play solo challenges.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into ultimate team and try to play any of the solo challenges. However, it seems this issue is selective cause my friends were able to play just find until today, while others are playing no problem.
What happens when the bug occurs? The error screen appears, then after clicking “OK” it kicks me out of ultimate team and brings me back to the main menu for the game.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the game loading me in to play the solo challenge.

This error seems to be selective at times. I have been able to play 1 maybe 2 challengers before it starts doing it, once it happens I am unable to play any other challenge. Honestly ruins my experience and time playing the game.

    This has been happening to my Xbox as well at the same time frame and I also have a series s and a one x both have this problem I'm not able complete anything so I'm falling behind and missing out on key players.

    @TH3ATOMiCTIG3R This appears to be an issue that people have had since last year. EA hasn’t given anyone any advice on how to deal with it apart from “NAT Type, DNS, ETC.” Essentially, they aren’t taking accountability and ignoring the issue. Cause I can hop on an alternate account and play on the same exact wifi just fine, but my main account seems to be shadow banned from MUT.

    Solo challenges saying servers cannot process this at this time and kicks me out. Missing out on the free guy from challenges

    Hey Madden Fans, 

    Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with Madden 23. 

    I wanted to check if it would be possible to get the following information.

    • Platform:
    • PSN ID/Gamertag:
    • Date/Time this first started?
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • Can you play other modes, do other challenges, or complete additional sets?
    • Does the error happen for Solo Battles or Challenges?
    • Can you check your lineup for missing players, uniforms, stadiums, etc?
    • Fo Challenges, which challenge are you trying to complete currently that do not connect?
    • If possible upload or share a clip of this happening
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag as well.
