I received the Madden 21 early on 9/7/2020, I went through installing the game files to my PS4, then installed the updates, after the installation the game started, got past the ea sport montague and keyed my to press any button, it then require me to accept terms which I did, then it started the Jackson montague the progress bar appeared on the bottom but would not complete the process, I receive an notice that I was not authorized to view the content, then the notice disappeared, I restarted the game but received the same results. I then uninstalled the game and got the same exact results. Please help, what do I do next.

Madden21 will not load past the Jackson montague. How can I fix this.

Did you rebuild that database when the issue occurred yesterday @ejdahypaaa?

If not then it may be worth doing so now, also no harm to restore your licenses: Select (Settings) > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].

I just tried the restore I’m getting the same issue and I had to initialize the ps4 yesterday and re download everything

Hey @ejdahypaaa let's try reinstalling the game again and ensuring that you don't launch it till the game is fully installed and updated.

Let me know how you get on @ejdahypaaa,

It may be a case that you need to speak with PSN support as it can happen that a digital copy can have issues and need to be replaced.
