Made the same purchase 8 times

Hello I purchased Maden 16 likeness 500 point but didn't a confirmation screen on Xbox One...but I was billed 8 times for the same thing...I contacted Xbox customer service and they asked that I contact EA sports and to see if the 500 points had been loaded to my account 8 times. If you could verify and give me a verification number...Xbox will refund 7 of the purchases  Thanks
