EA Help Live Support directed me here yesterday and then told me that this was a known issue that was being addressed. I'm not sure how great I feel about that, so I'd like to have this left open until the pack fires. If it was any other level, it wouldn't be as much of a bother. Being the top reward and likely a top 5 card in my deck when it gets delivered, I had to open the ticket.
EA Staff (Retired)I've been burned by Madden Ultimate Team three separate times in the last week and there doesn't appear to be any real traction on fixing it. Plus I appear to be in a loop of Help kicking me to Answers and Answers kicking me to Help. I've even seen the exact same canned responses in another person's post. I think a 'tough luck' would have been more respectful than letting people hang around on something that should be easy enough to fix.
Problems encountered this week:
- Ultimate Kickoff Hero Fantasy Pack (unlocked at level 18) not received
- Competitive Pass week 2 locking me out of repeatable Solo Battles reward stopping progression
- Headliners XP missing from 20 headliner cards on your squad 3,000 XP reward which would have completed Headliner Field Pass and produced another top card
Really high on this game a week ago and things have come crashing down very quickly.
I’ve now completed this a half dozen times. Ten offensive headliner cards and ten defensive headliner cards.
