Missing Broadcast Commentary

On to your issue... normally, this happens when your audio settings are on 5.1 sound when you only have a stereo set up. Please check all your audio settings, not just in game, to make sure they are set to stereo. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

I believe I have verified my PC is set to stereo on the output speakers. Where can I verify this for the in-game audio?

hey, this issue happend on my side as well.  i'm using PS5 play the game. no Broadcast Commentary for type of game . please advise what happened ???

Check your audio settings. If they are set to 5.1 or 7.1, but don't have an accompanying home theater system, you won't hear the commentary. This is because it's trying to be played through a center speaker. If you don't have one, no commentary will be heard. Change the audio output to stereo and that should resolve it.

Audio settings in the game or Xbox or tv? Please be more specific.

i have this issue on madden 23 and FC 24 which honestly is really annoying

funny enough it actually wasn't this at ALL whatsoever that fixed my problem. it was in my windows 11 seettings- system- sound- and i had to change my audio output from 7.1 to stereo in order for it to work. it also fixed my missing dialogue from watch dogs: 2, so.
