Missing content

Not getting packs or coins from H2H MUT draft, won 4 games and was supposed to be awarded a midfield pack and 8,000 coins. Nothing in unopened packs and no cards or quicksell in binder.

What happens if you don't have twitter? I bought fifa 23 ultimate edition and now mid November still haven't received my bonus content of, 4,600 Fifa points and OTW pack card.
