Missing Present Packs
We have identified and corrected issues with packs that were affected. The team is continuing to investigate the issue and will update this thread should anything come up. Thank you!

Disappointing the time and money spent grinding to get the presents. Got up looking forward to seeing what players I got. And between the constant server errors. Then even opening presents wasn't sure if I got them all open or not by what was showing on the open pack notification. I hope Madden works out this bug going forward
All of mine have disappeared from my inventory.
