Missing Purchased Packs
So, a few days ago I purchased some packs with my MUT points that I bought. I never received the packs, and now my points are gone and I didn’t get anything for them. At one point I got a message saying that a purchase could not be completed because a previous purchase was still pending. I tried chatting with an EA specialist, but they were of no help. They said the error is happening to many players and should be fixed soon. It’s now been 4 or 5 days and still nothing.
Any ideas of how to approach this would be appreciated!
Hey @MrMath076, Sometimes we can see a delay in items appearing on your account, if it's already been more than 24 hrs I would recommend backing out of MUT and completely closing then relaunching your game.
If your items still are not on your account, you will want to reach out to our support to take a further look.
