Missing rewards for 70 point plateau in the Harvest promo

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to reach level 70 in Harvest and 90 in Competitive FP.
What happens when the bug occurs? The rewards are not being given.
What do you expect to see? I expect to have a choice of 88 for harvest and 90 bnd for competitive

I have failed to receive a reward for reaching the 70 point plateau in the Harvest promo. Every plateau before and after (so far) has worked and provided the appropriate reward, but the 70 (which gives a choice of an 88 promo player) was not rewarded. I followed the instructions in the suggestions when dealing with a bug like this, but to no avail. It has been over 24 hours with several restarts to MAdden 23, as well as Steam and my PC yet no reward has come through. I have also checked in my box to see if it was unopened, or if I had one on my bench. I have done other parts of the promo since, as well as other events in MUT and received rewards accordingly. I have now also experienced another missing reward, this time in the Competitive field pass rewards. This time it is the 90 BND player that has not come through. Again, all other rewards are processing, but the higher valued player rewards are not. This is an issue as it directly impacts my MUT team. Please fix and give the rewards!
