Blitz Promo Doorbuster crashed and would not let you open it until after the times. I added $50.00 to my account specifically for this and when it comes live it doesn't work. We need a make right or something and with the next few door busters coming I'm a little afraid we will have to same issue.

This is absolutely outrageous. We all spend the money make and put it into this game when there servers can’t even handle a 10 minute pack and no one can get on to buy it. You wasted everyone’s time and you need to make it right. Make it AT LEAST an hour so we can get to the pack and open it. Jeez.
Same, but on Xbox I couldn’t get on till 15 minutes after. It’s outrageous.
As you guys probably know, the store has been very glitchy during the 10 minute doorbuster events in madden. I saw a lot of people pretty upset that they purchased the required points for the specific offers they wanted and after waiting 45 mins past midnight to finally regain access, a lot of people may have spent the points that were previously allocated to the offer. I was wondering if anything can be done in the case of those people? Maybe grant half the points back as a conciliation? Thanks for your help, Nick
How about, give us our money back instead of giving us the run-around where u tell us to contact PSN amd they tell us to contact you? You made us all purchase content under FALSE PRETENSES. I never would have spent the money if not for this promo, and now I'm left with nothing to show for it. I bet the Discrepancy between points purchased and points spent from yesterday is DISGUSTING. You guys straight up robbed us. The only way to make it right would be to make it available all day. There is a limit of 1 anyways so WHO CARES? OH WAIT EA doesn't cause they already got our money and it's non-refundable. All making it an hour is going to do is extend the time the game is unplayable due to people flooding request to the server to get into the store. And they DID make it an hour for the later ones, but the one that I wanted was last night so I'm SOL.
I have been playing for hours... But as soon as it hits 12:09 am the servers crash and I can not even get logged on before I get kicked again. What if I was waiting to purchase a pack from the 1 hour door busters? Maybe ea should provide me with a pack for compensation.... js

Summarize your bug Went to buy points for the midnight doorbusters packs and of course i was unable to even get to the buy points screen because the server is unavailable. To this moment i still cant buy points. This has now happened two days in a row, MULTIPLE TIMES. It is unacceptable for such an established company to allow this to happen to all of your fans that are participating in this event.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By logging on and try to access the store to buy packs and points.
What happens when the bug occurs? It takes me back to the main screen and a white screen pops up saying the servers are unavailable.
What do you expect to see? I expect a recoupment of the packs i wanted to buy for wasting my time. Or even a recoupment in the form of the packs for free because now i dont even want to spend ANY of my money on this game anymore.
